DallasGo, the new online payment platform, has launched!

You can now use DallasGo to pay your Dallas Water Utilities bill and other City of Dallas bills.

Here's how to get started:

  • If you were registered for AutoPay on the previous payment system, you received an email from customerservice@paymentus.com with instructions on activating your DallasGo profile.

  • If you never used the previous online payment system, you can create a new profile on DallasGo using the "Register Now" link on the Login page.

  • If you were previously registered for automatic payments and you want to continue using this convenient option, you must re-enroll in AutoPay.

  • Customers who prefer not to use DallasGo can continue to make payments by mail, by phone, in person at Dallas City Hall, at an authorized pay station or in the drop box outside City Hall in the driveway between Young Street and Canton Street.

Learn more about DallasGo at dallas.gov/DallasGo.
